Security and Fraud Prevention

All our payments are processed by Protx service. We take credit card security and fraud prevention very seriously. To ensure a safe transaction it is important that you provide us, and therefore Protx, with the exact address at which your credit/debit care is registered. If there is a discrepancy with the information provided we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to rectify the details. To make your shopping experience even more secure, we don’t store your credit card details at all: each payment is performed once-only via Protx. Protx have a proven track record and are Lloyds TSB’s, our banks’, preferred online credit card service.

Tax Charges

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. If you are exempt from VAT for certain items please contact us so that we may send you a VAT exempt form.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will not pass any information we collect on to a third party organization.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • Questions and answers relating to the safe supply of the right consistency drink.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at: customersupport@slodrinks.com If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security as advised in the Data Protection Act 1998 and UK law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Accepted Payment Methods

We can currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro (formerly known as Switch) and Solo. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
Cheques will also be accepted crossed and made payable to Slõ Drinks Limited and posted to Slõ Drinks Limited, Unit 1, Torr Top Street, New Mills, High Peak, SK22 4BS.

Acceptance of orders

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the email address you provide in your registration form.

Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Slõ Drinks Limited reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery Policy

If we receive your order before 2.30pm on a week day, we aim to process it that day and have it dispatched that night via Parcel Force to arrive before 4pm the next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Special and urgent deliveries can be arranged on request by contacting our Sales Department
on 08452 22 22 05.

We regret but we do not offer an International delivery service at this time.

 

Returns and Refunds

Damaged Items

Once you have received delivery please inspect the package for any sign of damage. In the event of the goods arriving damaged, please email us at: customersupport@slodrinks.com. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery and include the following information:

  • A full description of the damage that has occurred
  • Your name
  • Your order reference number
  • Your full contact details

 

Missing Items

If you open your package and find that some items are missing please thoroughly check the packaging. If you are certain that an item is missing then please email us at customersupport@slodrinks.com. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery and include the following information:

  • A full description of the missing item
  • Your name
  • Your order reference number
  • Your full contact details

Wrong Items Supplied

If we have sent you an incorrect item please return it to us unopened and in the same condition as it was sent. Please email us at: customersupport@slodrinks.com within two working days of receiving your delivery and provide full details of:

  • The item delivered and which item you should have received
  • Your name
  • Your order reference number
  • Your full contact details

Order Cancellation

If you decide within 7 days commencing the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact us for a return authorization code. The item or items are only eligible for return to us if they are in the same condition in which they were delivered and unopened. Please note that drinks cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please email us at customersupport@slodrinks.com with the following information:

  • Return authorization code
  • Your name
  • Your order reference number
  • Your full contact details

Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
