Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin also known as Cholecalciferol. It is often referred to as the ‘sunshine vitamin’ as it is synthesised in the skin on exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium and for bone growth.
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin found in the food sources leafy green vegetables, alfalfa, kelp, egg yolk, and oily fish. It also plays a role in regulating the immune system, is necessary for building healthy bones and involved in the manufacture of blood clotting factors.
These two vitamins work synergistically together to ensure optimum calcium absorption in the bones where we need it most
It is provided in a liquid form and is put on the tongue where it is absorbed quickly.
Vitamin C is also available.
Take 6 drops per day (0.3ml) on an empty stomach for maximum effect. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
